At HYCH, we understand each client has unique needs. That’s why we have a variety of yoga instructors teaching a variety of yoga classes, so there’s truly something for everyone!

Class Preparation—Read Me First!

  • Please preregister for all in-person classes.

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before class to ensure your spot in the room.

  • Doors open approximately 20 minutes before class.

  • Doors are locked 3 minutes before class starts—no exceptions. We value your time and experience!

  • Wear lightweight clothing suitable for the heated room.

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal before class.

  • Make sure you are well hydrated before class.

  • A yoga mat, towel, and water are required for class. Mat and towel rental are $2.00 each. Water can be purchased for $2.50.

  • Please only bring essential personal items, and keep other items in the car or at home. We are not responsible for items stored or left at the studio.

Our Classes

 

Hot 26 (Bikram)

Hot 26 is a 90 minute traditional Hot Bikram-method yoga class that includes a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Practice begins with pranayama deep breathing to focus the mind and energize the body and then systematically massages, stretches and stimulates every muscle, gland, and organ in your body. The hot room is heated to 105 degrees, with 40-50% humidity—so, expect to sweat! Regular practitioners of this method gain strength, flexibility, and balance and often report more peace and focus outside the hot room. This class is for all levels of fitness or experience.

 

Hot Pilates

A high intensity interval training workout with Pilates principles that is challenging, full-body, and low-impact. This practice is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and at 40-50% humidity. Exercises focus on strengthening, toning, and cardio and will leave you feeling long, lean and strong! Expect to work, but also expect to have fun with motivating music and instruction with our fantastic teaching team!

Yoga Sculpt

A 60 minute yoga class that incorporates weights. In addition to stretching this class focuses on toning the core, abs and arms and well as strengthening the whole body. The room is warm (not hot) but expect to sweat and leave feeling energetic and ready to face anything the day brings!

Hot 26 Express (Bikram)

Hot 26 Express is a 45 or 60 minute version of Hot 26 Bikram class. Many of the same wonderful benefits, just in a shorter amount of time. After the first breathing exercise and 2 sets of three postures one set of each posture is done. Our 12 noon weekday class is a popular, healthy lunchtime break for many that lets them return to work feeling rejuvenated and able to focus for the rest of the day. This class is designed for all levels!

 

Piyo (fusion class)

Our fusion piyo class combines the best of Pilates, yoga and exercise-based dance to keep you moving and grooving for 60 minutes. The room is heated to 95 degrees and 40-50% humidity. Be prepared to sweat and have fun to a backdrop of Hip Hop!

Community/
Donation Classes

When a class is listed and community/donation class follows the name this is one of our reduced priced or pay as you wish classes. Proceed from the donation classes are given to school, organizations/other groups in need that provide for our community.


Hot Pilates, Barre, HIIT

This class is a dynamic fusion of pilates, barre work, light weights, high-intensity interval training, low-impact cardio, and yoga. It is designed for developing long and lean muscles through activating small muscle groups. Performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and at 40-50% humidity, Hot Pilates+Barre HIIT is a high energy class and is excellent for anyone looking to tone legs, core, arms, and the derrière to upbeat music.

Hot 26 Power Express (Bikram+Vinayasa)

In the Hot 26 Power Express we keep the 26+2 Hot Yoga method as its base and pick up the tempo in our transitions for an invigorating 60 minute class. In this class we also add some optional vinaysa flow to create a fun and challenging class. This class is appropriate for all levels (including beginners.) On Friday mornings it has become our tradition to add music for a super fun start to the weekend!

 

Spa Yoga

SPA yoga is a 60 min slow moving yoga class that incorporates whole-body sensory experiences. SPA allows for deep relaxation and deeper engagement of the senses of sight, sound, smell, touch and taste through soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, hands-on assists/massage and a renewed awareness of taste. End your weekend feeling like you just walked out of a spa!

Yin

Yin yoga is a form of Hatha yoga used to stretch and release connective tissues of the hips, shoulders, and spine. The goal of the postures is to improve muscle strength and injury prevention through relaxation. This practice is a great complement to your hot yoga and pilates/barre/HIIT classes. Practitioners will learn how to achieve a position based on muscle relaxation, breaths and the use of props. The class is conducted in a warm room with Himalayan salt lamps and music to create the perfect ambiance for relaxation and finding that sweet spot in your asana.
